NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 01/17/2023, the petition of Name Change was filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, for a decree to change his/her name from James D. Ingram to James D. Ritter. The court has scheduled a hearing on this matter on April 3 at 9 a.m. or pm in Court Room No. 9, Dauphin County Courthouse, 101 Market Street, Pennsylvania when and where all persons may appear at that time and show cause, should they have any, why the petition should not be granted.
