PROCUREMENT ADVERTISEMENT - REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING SERVICES
Adams County Industrial Development Authority (ACIDA) has applied for an Industrial Sites Reuse Program (ISRP) Assessment grant for $200,000 for work to be conducted at the former Gettysburg Foundry Site. In anticipation of an award of the funding, ACIDA is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified environmental engineering/consulting firms to assist ACIDA with implementation of the grant-funded assessment work and related activities pursuant to achieving Act 2 Relief of Liability at the site.
Interested firms should submit a brief Statement of Qualifications that demonstrates the firm's expertise and experience with performing assessments under the ISRP protocols and completing Act 2 site closures at sites similar to the Foundry site including any recent examples of projects completed under the Special Industrial Area provisions of Act 2. Submissions should also include 3 Client References for similar projects and Rate Sheets for each professional category to be utilized. ACIDA requests that Statements of Qualifications be concisely presented and not exceed 5 pages in length excluding professional resumes for key personnel.

Written responses will be provided to all respondents by April 19, 2024. Statements of Qualifications are due to ACIDA by 4pm on April 29, 2024, via email at [email protected]. ACIDA expects to award a contract by May 16, 2024.
